MILEY CYRUS ENGAGED?

I'm not in the business of rumor spreading, but you know what I heard? Young Miley Cyrus was photographed with a diamond engagement ring on her hand coming out of pilates class.(insert dramatic gasp) Some say it's just a promise ring given to her by underwear model boyfriend. (does he need a name with a description like that?) Some say she's one step closer to the altar. What do I say? I think she probably has the best of both worlds. (get it? the best of both worlds?? oh nevermind. I'm sick of writing inside of parenthesis anyways)
